It’s the two year anniversary of when I spent five days with Wim Hof at a retreat in Melbourne, Australia.
It was an incredible experience. It certainly influenced the direction I’ve undertaken in my life and I made friends for life. What more could you ask for?
Back when Snapchat was still a thing (for me anyway), I captured each day in short videos. Being able to reflect on these and relive the adventure is special.
I appreciate there’s a lot of curiosity from people who haven’t looked into this work, with the question often asked; why the hell would you want to jump in an ice bath?
So, to savour the memory one more time and to give you a peak behind the scenes, I put this post together… Enjoy 🙂
