#178 This week, myself, Matt, and Petra will be answering some of your very insightful questions. As always, we love hearing from you and answering you to the best of our knowledge and abilities. Your questions definitely made us think and reflect on our own journeys as well. We gave answers to questions regarding leading from the heart, our comfort bubbles and how to step out of them, and how we can move forward from our internal fears.

Guy 00:03
We are live. Welcome to live in flow, live our first segment for the live in flow crew, the q&a. So very excited to have you here, Matt, Petra and myself Guy. So we will do our best to answer as many questions as possible within the space of the next hour, a couple of housekeeping rules for the for the people that are viewing us now on screen because I know we’re using new software outside of zoom. But we do this because the quality of the sound and the definition of the video is much better quality. So for listening back later, one thing you’ll notice on the bottom right hand side of your screen, you’ll be able to punch your name in. So please be sure to do that. So we can see who’s on the call this evening. And the second thing is that you will see a blue button on the screen as well below us. And with that blue button is where you can submit the question. And if you want us to pull you on to the call, we can too. So we’ve got pre submitted questions, which we’re going to kick off with. And if it inspires you with some of the questions or something that come up, please use the button below. And then you just follow the prompts. And it’s very simple. So let’s get on with it.
Matt 01:17
Alright, I’ll jump into the first question. Right here. So first question is, what kind of work would bring me higher energy level? For some reason, it seems to me it is connected to doing all this live in flow work. It has been a while my energy level is rather low. It is even stranger for me. Since all my life, I always felt full of energy. And I wasn’t doing any meditation practices. So how do I bring it back? And at the same time live from the heart?
Guy 01:53
very common question. Yeah, we
Matt 01:54
may want to stop doing our work.
Petra 01:58
Exactly, yeah. Because you’re gonna be raising your energy levels by doing this work. And the fact that you were writing on a high wave all these years actually brought you to this place and your life simply took its toll. And, you know, we cannot drive ourselves the way we used to. And now it’s time to find new ways of living that will allow you to have high levels of energy without depleting yourself in the long run. And of course, just along with doing our work, what we just spoke about, guys, it’s so important that you are taking care of yourself in any other way as well from you know, nutrition to body movements, exercises, doing things that you love, or simply filling you with energy. What will you guys say?
Guy 02:49
I, to add upon what you just said that two things that come to me with me being in the fitness background as well, movement is crucial movement is life. And if we feeling low energy, it’s very tempting not to move much. So depending on where we are on our healing journey, I think it’s crucial to have some kind of movement activity in that to feel more energized and getting in nature as often as possible as well. But the other thing I can relate to what I always think about and I’m sure people listening to this, is that if we’ve been running a certain way, for a large period of life, and if you look at society, it said, you know, they say 80 90% of people are running from the hormones of stress. So if we’ve been running a high stressful lifestyle, or high stressful job, or whatever it is that we’ve been doing, and that’s become the normal paradigm for us. It’s very often we can get sick or feel low when we give our body permission to rest. And that’s in this rejuvenation process. Like how many times have you been on holiday, and the first three days are just like, Oh, my God, and you just stop. And then you’ve got nothing in the tank, because you’ve been pushed, push, push, or you’ve got a deadline. And when you go over the deadline, you then get to that stage where you’re like, oh, and then you just want to sleep for 20 hours. You know, so if we’ve been doing that for a large aspect of our life, and I’m not saying, you know, the person has written this has, but it’s I believe it’s very common, and like you say, I believe a meditation practice is resetting that nervous system, and allowing the changes to take place over time. You know? Yeah.
Matt 04:28
Yeah. And I’d also add to that as well, is that I love this question, because, and especially that it points to the live in flow work as well. Because I cannot tell you the number of times that this happens, and that the reason is, is that we it’s like taking the like opening up the cupboard, right taking the lid off a Pandora’s box. It’s like we’re starting to look at everything that’s there. And then when we start to look, we’re like, oh shit, actually, there’s a lot of stuff that I’ve been pushing down for me Many, many years that has been not working that I was just not choosing to ignore, in denial in numbing myself down. And so a lot of times when we start this work, and I know from my own experience, it’s like, fine, this feels like shit. I thought I was doing this work to feel better, but I feel horrible. And that’s it. It’s like, if you think about any of this conditioning, or reconditioning, from a physical standpoint, you’re going to feel sore, you’re gonna feel achy, you’re gonna feel this pain when you start to work out. And then over time you work through that pain and that discomfort and, and you find that you’re stronger and more equipped with meeting life from a greater physical standpoint, well, we’re working not only physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. And so why would there not be a detox phase that you go through where you start to really get smacked in the face. And the other component of that is, if you don’t have discomfort, then you’re not doing the work because the discomfort is the opportunity for growth. And this is one thing that we have not learned in our Western society and actually deprived ourselves of this opportunity for growth because we create this comfort bubble that keeps us safe and secure. But it also keeps us numb, dumb and unplugged from the source and the potential of what we have. So this is awesome. This is good, keep going. And you’re going to be incredible, extraordinary human living to their full divine potential. That’s what I have to say, Wow.
Petra 06:27
I think Guy, I can go, Oh, no. Questions. All right, we go on
Matt 06:38
to the next question. So I’m so excited. Where’s all this energy coming from? I must be doing the work. Alright, so my whole life, I’ve lived from the mind had all the answers had it all figured out. Awesome. Give me the secret. But then the time came, when it changed. I found out that to be fulfilled, I need to find my purpose from the heart. So I started all this living flow work. And at the moment, I know exactly what I don’t want. But I don’t have a clue about what I do want. So there is this big question on how do I get out of this? stuckness? And when do I know that the heart or window when I start to hear the answers from the heart basically, what they’re saying. Then they also go on to say, I heard Petra saying, we’ll know when that moment comes. And we’ll know the answer is from the heart. But could you describe to me how that looks? And what that feels like? Hmm,
Guy 07:43
can I jump in for the first time? All right, I’ll never forget interviewing on my podcast, Alan Pease, about 18 months ago, he’s legendary public speakers, motivational speaker, he’s written a ridiculous amount of books is a great guy. And he’s very forward thinking. And, and he spoke to this. And that always resonated me because that was something that I did with my life because I was a plumber. And I’m like, How the hell do I find my purpose in life and go from that? And like we all do, right? And get it in there. And he and he said quite often as well, we we fantasize in our head of how it should be. So he is an example of a guy that loved the idea that he was going to retire and play golf every day. And he hung on to this idea for years, for years. And somebody asked, Have you played golf yet? And he’s like, no. Like, don’t you think you better try it first. So we went and play around the golf and realized he freakin hated it. He got sunburned, he was sweating, he got more frustrated, it wasn’t relaxing. And then all of a sudden, the fantasy in his head was now a reality. And he had to let it go and move on something else. So the moral of that story and taking it back into what is our purpose, I believe that we’re not going to find that by sitting there just waiting for something to happen and come to us. I think it meets us halfway. That’s what I found on my own journey. So by having an exploration and actually trying different things, and becoming out of our comfort zone, or not putting boundaries on the things that we think we will like a want like before we’ve even done them, that we actually start to give things a go, I’m going to go and talk to that personal there. I’m going to turn up or into this today I’m going to go and meet or whatever it might be. And through the exploration and trying different things. You get to taste the buffet. And then things start to stick and then all of a sudden you might discover something that you’ve been yearning all along and it feels like coming home. But because you’ve already been blinded by the way you’ve been thinking your entire life, you actually haven’t given it the goal. And that’s what happened to me in the fitness industry. I had a fixed idea things but when I started getting over myself and trying different things, the way got clearer, we’re always waiting for an answer first, then we take the step, take the step, then the answer will come. That’s why we say
Petra 10:00
Yeah, what’s coming to me is also two things. One is, take time and remember what you loved doing when you were little. And that might reveal where your heart actually is. And also, the question is like, how do I start listening to my heart? Well by getting out of your head, and that’s why we’re doing the meditations. And yes, it takes time to learn this new way of living and being in your heart and being in the stillness to be able to listen to the messages of your heart. And it’s normal for most of us, living in this modern world today that we are in our heads and so distracted by so many things happening around us. So it just takes time and effort to retreat and drop into our hearts and find the messages and hear them. So that’s what came to me when I was listening to Matt reading this question. And that problem met will blow us away with his answer. I submit amo, what do you have? Oh,
Matt 11:03
I don’t I was feeling like I shouldn’t add to that, because I think you guys nailed it. Okay. All right. Let’s go on to the third one. Okay, it’s along the same lines. So this one’s from Vanessa, the first two were anonymous. So we’re got someone named this time, Vanessa. So when you’re dealing with physical conditions, as well as chatter in your head for years, and you feel like you’ve tried everything, however, you still feel like shit, both physically and mentally? How do you deal with the frustration and keep moving forward, or
Petra 11:44
self love, I’m
Matt 11:45
sure you’re well versed on this one.
Petra 11:48
I want couples coming to me like immediately, it’s just that there needs to be enormous amount of self love. And actually, that’s what needs to be really learned and practiced here. And I’m not saying it’s easy, because when our bodies are ill, and when we feel a lot of physical discomfort, it’s so hard to push through that. And I mean, I’ve had myself many situations in my life, when my body was ill. And I know how hard it is to push through those moments and to heal. But really, finding ways to love yourself more and more, is actually what heals and frees your body. And you can boys, whatever you feel it’s needed. But I mean, it really, in working with so many people, it really boils down to self love. And that will release any shame and guilt and fear anything that staying stuck inside of us and causing the physical illness in the end, because it all starts in the subtle levels from our thoughts and our feelings, I mean, emotions. So Love, love, love, and patience. And being at the moment instead of instead of thinking, Oh, When am I going to heal and being impatient? And then, you know, just being in this expectation mode all the time to turn and say, Okay, I’m getting better day after day each day. I’m better even though I might not feel as physically. And just coming back to that. And I will be quiet and you can continue.
Matt 13:30
Yeah, I think I think I just add to that, as well as just having the question here in front of me. It’s like staring me in the face, it says in the question itself is the answer because it says how do I deal with the frustration and keep moving forward? Well, the reason that there is the physical issues or in the chatter in your head is because there’s a frustration. And it’s like, it’s not dealing with the frustration it’s accepting the frustration and actually looking what that frustration is speaking to. And within there, I think is the wisdom then that will give you that opportunity to release that which you are actually clinging to, to perpetuate this on some level not that you’re doing anything wrong, but that something has been conditioned into this place of push in a in a in a being hard on ourselves or yourself. That then creates that discomfort. And it’s like what you were saying Petra is that self love and that being gentle being kind and then also I think in the last bit what you were talking about was finding the silver lining, finding that gratitude. What are those seeing how can I start to ease this contraction in me have been frustrated that I don’t feel like I’m moving forward and start to reframe it to wait a minute, I’m taking micro steps, baby steps, mom and my mom and things are starting to shift there is things that are starting to happen and grow and I am evolving. gaining more awareness and getting deeper into this and things are opening for me. And that kind of self taught and actually reveals more of an opportunity for focusing our attention on where we’re going instead of what has been holding us back. And that will make all the difference. Mr. Lawrence? Yeah, there
Guy 15:19
was just one other thing. It’s more what I found in my own life. If I’m in that discomfort area, is that I found sometimes the smallest things can have the largest impact in terms of some of the decisions we make. So I always believe, like, any kind of any opportunity for progress and the opportunity for growth or anything small that we feel like we making steps each day, helps us feed into that inspiration and start to feel into that gratitude and feel into those spaces that come from that if we find ourselves feeling helpless continuously, and not looking for ways and asking this question, what’s the one small baby step I can do today to help me move towards the very things I want? And by action in that, that will inspire more action from that place as well. So that’s where I tend to look for when I’m in the thick of it is that can I look back at the end of the day, and go, you know what, I took this step today, I’ve done that, and I can feel good about myself, which feeds into everything that you’ve just covered.
Matt 16:23
Yeah, acknowledging, acknowledging what what we’re doing. I mean, how many times do we see it in the group coaching or through the retreats? It’s like, you know, people make all this progress, and they’ve transformed and they’re totally different humans. Then when they started the work, and they’re like, nothing’s happening. I don’t feel like I’ve got anywhere. I feel like I’m still stuck. And it’s like, we’re, we’re just because we move and growing. And we don’t acknowledge we don’t just give ourselves credit for what we have done. We’re always striving for more. So yeah. Next question.
Petra 17:00
Yes. All right.
Matt 17:06
Well, we get a little praise here. This is from Megan. So she says, You three are guiding me into my own life transformation. It’s all worth it now. Okay, so everything you three bring to the discussion, especially in the let it in podcasts guy, there you go. resonated with me. I’ve also done one of your meditations daily truly loved them all. With all that I’m learning all about myself, I come to realize my real goal, and becoming a nurse was to heal people and in finding myself needing a different path to heal others than the hospital world. Aha, I can understand that one. So my question is the question how do I stop listening to the fear that speaks to me when I know the answer in my heart is guiding me is fear, simply my conditioned mind and my ego afraid of the discomfort? Am I trying to get past my old stories of I can’t do this because, or, and feel stuck. I want to take inspired action. But I’m stuck in the fear of old stories loop. Any advice?
Petra 18:18
I think you are, yeah, Megan, you already started doing the work. And then you stopped because you started writing. I can’t do this because and then three dots, four dots. And that’s it. And actually, what you need to do is sit down and write why you cannot do this. And when you start writing, just let your hand go. And we don’t analyze during the writing just being the flow and then when you stop writing, you will stop and look back and read what you wrote. Because when we write we actually lower our brain waves and we get into trance state and we can access the beliefs and emotions that are on the subconscious level and then you’ll actually be able to see what’s holding you back from leaving that light from helping people heal in other ways. You know, there might be some belief that’s whatever you cannot think of now and that’s why it’s so important to get out of your head and into your body. Which writing will help your to started with so just continue. And I know that boys have to add something as well. I can see. Let’s see. guy.
Guy 19:37
Yeah, again, I just think about my own journey of when making transition because it’s terrifying. It truly is because our all our whole identity is wrapped up in our career and what we’ve been doing and serving and I can saw resonate with a Mac we all can write like 100 and having to leave the safety of What we have and let go and surrender into that space, I always used to think of myself competing, you know, when you’re on the bar, and then you build mustering up the, the momentum to going to do this one, I get it and you get so much space and Elson, you just go, and you let it go, and then you freefall and then you’re waiting for the bar to appear the other side, and then you catch it and go through. And the question is, how do we get to let go of that when we feel comfortable enough in ourselves to unconfident enough in ourselves and to sit with the excitement of the freefall, as opposed to just be in sheer terror before the bar appears the other end. And, again, it’s just different ways of observing and getting to know yourself, and really starting to understand what those blocks are, and what those beliefs are, and where those fears are. Because fear most, most of the fears, I believe, that we we show on a daily basis, are simply beliefs. And at some stage in our life, we have constructed a fear around that. And then as you always say, when you actually have the courage to step through and step into is like stepping into the empty room, and it dissipated instantly. And that never holds us back again. So I don’t even know if there’s an answer in there. But I would see myself that every day, I would continue to do the work every day. And I’d get very passionate about it. And like Petra said, I would actually carry a card with me and write down five things, the strongest reasons are what I want to move to, and why I’m doing it. And every time I had a moment and a moment in my day, or when fear would come, I would sit, I would come into my heart space. And I would read that, and I would connect with my future self now. And then as I continued to have that connection, it would help me start to notice where I was holding tension, anxiety and fears in the body. And it would dissipate, and I would train my body in that place. So that that that whole crash would become less and less each day. But it was a practice and I wanted it more than I wanted my past. So once once I knew that I was all in. And then I started making decisions. And once you start making decisions, the universe starts to meet you. Yeah,
Matt 22:17
yeah. Well, that’s, um, you’re speaking right to what I was thinking. Because before you went into that, Reverend Michaels, quote, The pain will push until the vision pulls, yeah. And so having a clear vision, or a clear purpose of where you’re going, is almost like that rope, that then you can grab onto and pull yourself out of where you are, which is the fear and the limits and the doubts and all that. So.
Petra 22:45
And it’s also very important, not trying to figure out how we will get there. Because when we are focused on how then we are not allowing universe to show us and lead us to where we actually need to go to be able to live our soul’s purpose, we are just interfering. And we are not aware, being aware that we have such a limited way of seeing things with our conscious mind, and that the universe has so much to offer and to show us and if we stick to what we think it’s best for us, we are losing the opportunity to live that amazing life. So like I said, connect with that vision of your future self. And then let the universe show you the way you you’ll get calls, you will get emails, you’ll see signs, you will just feel what’s your next step. And then step by step it will lead you there to living your purpose. That’s what came to me when I was listening
Matt 23:43
to rock. Oh, that’s like, inspire me. Because it’s like, that’s the revealing. That’s what we were just trying to like piece together. Because we spend our whole lives perceiving what is and trying to move from there, instead of allowing life to reveal what is for us to move towards it. That’s the reveal. So yeah, just allowing that land. And I just keep remembering that this is the second time that this memory has come up for me, as you guys have been talking, it was in relation to some of the other questions before but on my own journey. Talking about like, you know, taking the action first, like we want to say what, what should I do, what action should I take, and we wait until we actually know, but we’re never gonna know unless we start to take the action first. And it’s like, and then this revealing component that you just mentioned, Petra, when it leads me back into the same story is that I used to work as a computer engineer and I would be in a little cubicle programming. And so my mind was very active. And I was trying to use that mind to figure out what my purpose was because I was so unfulfilled in that job in that career in that direction in my life was heading and I was like trying to figure it all out. And luckily the office was in the Santa Monica Mountains just outside of La And so I would chop off the word or two to lunch for, like, my lunch are always an hour, but I was a master at expanding that lunch hour to hour and a half, two hours, three hours, sometimes, like, I had some major tools to just weave in and out of that office building. But um, yeah, so I would get up an amount. And I would play guitar, right. And I would play guitar to just in the nature. And like, in there, there was a moment where animals would come up, and they would just hang out with me. And I’d be just hanging out with nature. And like, all kinds of weird and wacky stuff happened, I’m not going to share here because it’s just too crazy. But then I’d be here forever. But in all of that, this was like 10 years before I actually had this idea to work with sound in a healing way. And I was in the mountains of Santa Monica playing with music, and I was healing myself with the sounds and nature and the vibrations of nature around me. And it was like, that was the beginning. But it was like, I didn’t know what I was doing. I was just trying to get some relief. And it was in that movement and actually doing something that didn’t really make any logical sense that actually then fulfilled my purpose. It was like these little stepping stones that then led me to this career that I’ve in this, this world that I’ve created for myself that never existed here to begin with. So I never would have found it if I didn’t move first towards what felt good. Yeah.
Guy 26:25
Yeah. Yeah. Before you read the next question, I just want to jump in and tell the viewers as well, because we only got one question left. So yes, there’s a blue button below If you know, people have been joining us. And so from the start, there’s a blue button below if you want to ask us a question. Just hit that and type it in and we can. We can go from there. But otherwise, well, good. Good. Anya, I
Matt 26:51
forgot there was people here, I thought we were just hanging out having a conversation.
Guy 26:57
You guys are talking, I got the dashboard. I’m making sure things are working. That’s it.
Matt 27:03
That’s it. All right. Read the next one. This one’s a Yeah. Oh, maybe I should maybe I should abbreviate. I’m gonna read the whole thing. Brace yourself. I don’t know who this one’s from me, this one doesn’t have a name next to it. So over this, this is during the base chakra meditation with Petra in your course. I was in a deep relaxation, relaxation, and trying to feel any sensations I was thinking about my childhood. And I could not get my dad out of my head. I wondered if I had been abused as a child by my dad, suddenly, I was overcome with sadness and tears and my heart was beating out of my chest, I saw images of red blood and rags and towels, it was messy and dirty. I don’t know what this means. I’m nervous to say and think it could be sexual abuse and crying about this now maybe confirms that it could have been, or maybe the tears or just the sadness from the idea of it, but not an actual confirmation. I did the same meditation for a second time The following night. And it was not the same, it was more pleasant and nothing emotional. My dad was not there at all. So is there a question in there? I don’t know. My question was the wanting to know about the abuse?
Petra 28:21
Yeah, but we can not know for sure. I mean, it could be a, there is a reason why this memory or image came to you. So regardless of is it real, or is it just a metaphorical way of your subconscious mind to send you a message, it’s, it’s helping you heal. Just trust that if you will need to know more information about that event, it will be revealed to you, your subconscious mind and your body are so wise and they will keep sending you messages in the way that you’re ready to, you know, process them, adjust them heal. But also know that it can be a metaphor for something else. And the most important thing is that you allow yourself to feel the feelings to cry, to take care of yourself and then to let it go, which beautifully shows that the next meditation was a pleasant experience for you and your dad wasn’t present there. So there was no need in this moment to go back there and you know, dig even deeper. So I would say just continue doing the meditations and trust that whatever needs to come, it will come it will be revealed to you step by step. And maybe there won’t be any need to be to go there anymore. So just observe yourself. Observe your feelings of surreal thoughts, observe your dreams, your meditations and just work with what’s coming and you will know just trust that you will know. By doing this work, you are getting more and more in touch with yourself. You’re with your inner tuition is your subconscious mind. And we are giving you so many tools that will help you understand more and more the way along the way you go. So, just don’t, don’t try to think too much about it. There’s so much more than what we can perceive and understand with our conscious minds, just know that the healing happens. And you are healing regardless of Do you understand it in this moment or not? That’s what I would say.
Matt 30:31
Yeah, I think you’re spot on. It’s it’s, that’s that’s the journey, isn’t it? It’s like, we spend a lot of our lives in our minds, that then suppresses the emotions, the feelings, the sensations, the resistance within us that’s holding us back, that as we start to do this work, we relinquish that mind. And then it starts to come up. And very quickly, that mind wants to then collapse back down on it. And it’s like, that’s, that’s the work isn’t it? is to allow, and then allow without trying to analyze? It is what it is. And like you say metaphoric or not. It’s a release? Yeah.
Petra 31:16
You know, it’s one of the common questions. When we are doing regressions, and whether it happens continuously, or people really want to have a past life regression. And then they come back. And sometimes they say, Yeah, but what if I made all this up? And the answer is, it doesn’t matter. If it’s healing You, you, you know, if you chose this story to tell yourself and me as a therapist, in this moment, why did you choose it? What’s the lesson? And how are you feeling? You wouldn’t feel if it wasn’t important to me if it wasn’t real. But again, we don’t have to understand with our conscious minds, we need to learn how to detach from this way of living and thinking our way through life, because there’s so much more and we are so much more than this physical bodies and our conscious minds. And this is what what you’re learning now, actually, when your meditations in your body are helping you to become aware of who you truly are. I think it’s beautiful. And it’s also normal that we try to understand we are human. So it’s just training ourselves to new ways of living. Yes, guy, I can see this.
Guy 32:38
No, it is interesting, because when I first was leaning into this work, I wanted to know why am I feeling this in my body? Why? What am I going to do with this, that been represented in my external life, like I wanted to piece it all together. And now having the good fortune of being in the space holding space for others and being in the energy and working with the energy centers. And, and experiencing or feeling it and moving it? It’s, I look back upon my own journey of my old self. And I’m at the point now where I just go, oh, there’s something wanting to move. Or it actually shows me this vision and this comes up. But my, my emotional attachment to whatever reveals itself is very small now. And I’m just like, thank you, thank you, thank you. And I don’t get attached to what comes but it you know, it took me a journey to get there. But I welcome it in now. If there’s bits and pieces that are still, you know, wanting to move and heal, and, and I’ve upgraded myself, then I just like Bring it on, you know?
Petra 33:42
Exactly. Yeah. And it’s important to remember that each time we try to understand something with our conscious minds, we are blocking this flow of information that is coming to us in ways that we aren’t, you know, able to think of. So what you just said, it’s you trying to understand now it’s so small comparing to what you used to what it used to be like and same is for for me, and I’m sure for Matt as well. And we we were training ourselves to get there. I’m sure we all were trying to understand at some point too much. Our minds what
Guy 34:26
my question is now?
Matt 34:29
Yeah, yeah, there’s a second part to that paragraph. So the next question is, when we heal a chakra, how do we know it is completely healed?
Petra 34:45
Well, first of all, healing and growing is a process and it’s a lifetime process. And there always be more to learn more to reveal more to understand more to experience, so I wouldn’t even be focused I just want to put, you know, a checkmark next to it, I hit my first energy center or second or third. And now I can move on, there will always be more it’s like a spiral. And whenever you’ll be ready for the next lesson, when we bring you the next lesson, and you will not are you healed something because you won’t feel triggered by it, you will have the experience and you will stare in your center, nothing will kick you out of your your balance. But that doesn’t necessarily relate to any energy center is relates to any anything happening in our lives.
Guy 35:39
Oh, yes, I know. It’s frozen. Yeah. And the thing I think of is in that question, is that if I’m waiting over an anticipation to be there, then what am I telling myself here? That I’m in lack, still. And it’s not until I make that journey, everything’s gonna be okay, which defeats the purpose I feel of what the work is, when it really is about coming back. And life is happening to us now, as well. So that because once you create that separation, that’s an squashing the very life force that wants to come through, through our frustration through our emotions, through the way we are being of coming from lack. So I’m very conscious of that as well. And how I look at things and frame things.
Petra 36:31
Yeah, that was exactly what I was thinking about when we were giving answer to the question about physical disease. Because when we focus on that we are focused on lack, and we are not living in a way that we are getting better and better each day. And by that, confirming that that’s actually happening. So it’s so important to stay in the present moment and find, find gratitude for whatever we can the smallest things, even when the shit really hits the fan, to try to find the gratitude. Whatever is happening. Matt, what would you say?
Matt 37:09
Hmm. Yeah, I think I think you guys are hitting it. And I always look at the the chakras, the energy centers as windows in to our, to ourselves. When we Yeah, it’s not a it’s not a it’s kind of like, we have this idea of healing that it’s like, we need to fix something. And it’s like, well, nothing was ever broken to begin with. It’s just all experiential and opportunity to allow our whole selves to emerge into form. And have a life experience was what we’re doing is having experience. And that it’s the identity to those places of resistance that then create the the disease or the pain that we feel that we need to resolve when in essence, it’s it’s just illuminating where we’re creating a block or a holding back from our source wanting to emerge through us. So it’s kind of like, it just feels more of what’s that word? It’s not like a line. It’s not linear. It’s more like that. Whatever that means. This like, you know, the interdimensional flowing morphic kind of field of like, there’s no beginning no end. It’s just where do you want to evolve and flow? I guess is what I’m trying to say.
Matt 38:55
When Words fail me, which, okay. So what do we have any questions coming on the on the call?
Guy 39:05
Not that I’m aware of. Nobody’s hit the button below. I think because he says, live call in maybe there’s a bit of trepidation to be pulled up on the on the screen on camera. But hey, we wouldn’t do that here. would we?
Petra 39:19
Yeah. You can also write a question in the chat.
Guy 39:24
I think so. I’m not sure. I’m just getting my head around this software.
Petra 39:28
There is a box here. So
Guy 39:32
yeah, yeah. But if there is no more questions. Amazing. And thank you for joining us. All these are going to be added into the living flow app every month, or when we record them so you’ll be able to stream them offline. You can watch them in video, you can catch back up and listen to the questions. That’ll be all there for you in the future as well, especially for not making the live call. Is there anything else you need to add? Before we wrap it up? Myself and Matt are going to In Melbourne, and the end of May, if you’re listening to this in Australia, lovely to come and join us two thirds full which is amazing with myself and Matt going to be in hopefully should be just confirming that Sydney in the end of June and then we’re July and August retreats as well. So love to see you there
Petra 40:27
