#69 My fantastic guest this week is Barry Goldstein, an author, speaker, producer & composer.
I’ve been listening to Barry’s music for many years and it was truly an honor to have him on the show and share his incredible work and knowledge with you guys today.
The more I expand my knowledge and awareness around this work and making a change in our lives, the more I’ve become fascinated with using sound, music, and vibration to help the body reclaim its natural status.
I truly loved this conversation with Barry today, and we not only tackle the science of music and sound and how it can affect the body and heart, but we also dive into his own personal journey and the struggles/triumphs he’s had in his own life and how he’s tapped into the secret language of the heart. Enjoy!
