It’s massive. So I just need to hammer that home for everyone what you just said, because I’m experienced at firsthand.
Yeah. And so we’ve got to make sure that we giving the body the right nutrients and that way fixing up that assimilation. So when we are eating the food that we’re utilizing it better. This in turn will be able to like further down the line it will be. It would enable us to be able to utilize something like fasting properly the one thing I know I will say to people. If you’re malnourished, you add fasting, you’re not adding something that is giving you more nourishment.
You’re adding something that is a stress on the body. It’s a it’s a great stress. Yes, it helps with insulin sensitivity. Yes, it helps with ketones, alternative fuel source to the brain. Yeah, okay. Baden if all these amazing things but it’s not giving you the building blocks because you’re not eating anything. Okay? So you don’t want to go from malnourished to malnourished. Fix the body, heal the body first then utilize fasting and guess what? Then fast it’s actually going to help. With aspects that I was talking about like gut motility and so forth. That’s why I like people to do in like a six one concept of fasting like people talk.
